History of the Celestial Church of Christ
The Celestial Church of Christ is a spiritual, worldwide, united and indivisible Holy Church. It came into the world from heaven by Divine Order on 29 September 1947 in Porto-Novo, Republic of Benin, through its founder, the Reverend, Pastor, Prophet Samuel Bilehou Joseph Oshoffa (1909–1985).
The Church has parishes and dioceses around the world, with its international headquarters in Nigeria.
Holy Throne of God parish
Our parish history gives glory to God for His grace and describes the parish’s early years as a vision accomplished.
The parish was previously known as Greater Jerusalem Oldham Parish, Manchester, and was renamed Holy Throne of God, Manchester. The parish was established by our father in the Lord, V/M/S/E Philip Odunwo.
